Delete DripLens Account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app, or submit a request if you are unable to log in.

01. Delete Directly in the App

  1. Log in to DripLens.
  2. Open Profile → Delete Account.
  3. Re-authenticate if prompted.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play first. Deleting your DripLens account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

02. Request via Support Email

Send an email from your registered address with the subject "Delete DripLens Account Request". DripLens will verify ownership before completing the deletion.

Never send passwords or OTP codes via email.

03 · Data Scope

Data that will be permanently deleted

Account profile, study logs, vocabulary, SnapWords images, quiz history, usage records, and email preferences.

Data that may be retained

Transaction records managed by Google Play / payment processors, and data retained for statutory legal or anti-fraud obligations.
